Other than we could have gotten a little more money, We were absolutely thrilled with Mike [We Buy Ugly Houses franchisee] as a representative of your company. He was prompt, showed up within 3 hours of contacting your website! Logistics worked out great but he still took a new call on a Friday afternoon when he was on his way home for the weekend most likely. As a lifelong Sales Professional, I really appreciate the extra effort that probably took. Not everyone would do that. He talked straight with us, appeared to be trustworthy and knowledgeable of our situation. With all of the stress involved with this life changing ordeal we have all been going through, dealing with Mike was like an oasis! We actually had 2 other companies that had contacted us but after visiting with Mike we told them we no longer needed them. He brought the contract over Monday morning, we accepted the offer and he said we would close in 30 days, November1st, 2024. We closed on November 1st, 30 days later and received our funds overnight.
